Returns and Exchanges

T. Young only accepts returns under special circumstances addressed with the owner via email. We go to great lengths to describe the hats and also how to measure for a good fit. If your hat is a little too small or large, there are remedies. Please contact us if you have a fit issue. If you receive the hat and it does not please the wearer we offer exchanges or store credit within 15 days of receipt. In that case, the buyer is responsible for return shipping of the hat in the original container in its original condition.

Please note, as stated several times, these are NOT new hats. These hats have been cleaned and sanitized but they ARE vintage hats and will have small signs of former lives. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
